Death of an Age
It has been a bit of time since I last blogged, but I remembered that I wanted to do the post on post-modernism.
Did you know that in the intellectual community, the ideas of post modernism have died and more and more leaders at Harvard, Princeton, etc. are turning to Christianity. The pomos accused Christians of living in a world where we claim to know truth. The pomos said, "there is no truth". Logic is finally being reborn as pomos are finding that the statement, "there is no truth", is in fact a statement of truth. Unable to reason it out in their minds, they are beginning to be open to the ideas presented by Christianity. Praise the Lord that this age has died and is whithering up. All the talk of postmodernism over the past few years ate me up, because the ideas could be defeated with logic. I'm such a logical person that I just couldn't figure out how these people believed such a crazy thing!
So, on a funny note. Want to know the difference between agnostics and atheists?
atheist - must prove that he has infinite knowledge in which to say, "there is no God".
agnostic - just has to prove, "I don't know".
he he....what a way out...choosing to be agnostic is one of the dumbest things ever. Often times, when an atheist is faced by an apologist, the atheist quickly decides to convert to agnosticism. Agnosticism is one step closer to Christianity than atheism, so lets go convert people to agnosts, then we'll lead them to Jesus.

That was a good post and very interesting. But if postmadernism is on its way out, then would that create a vaccuum? In other words, what will take its place? (Something godly, I hope) In Mt.12:43-45 says that when an unclean spirit goes out of a man, godly things has to be replaced. Otherwise, the spirit that came out of him goes back in with seven other spirits more wicked than himself. Lord bless you and Jason.
