God Is Always Present

I feel that somehow over the years, the fact that God is always present has somehow vanished from my mind. God is always with us: Never will I leave you, never will I forsake you. I pray that today I will remember the joy of my salvation and that the Lord would once again set up His tabernacle in my cube at work. I pray that it would be an oasis of rest and clarity of mind. I read Psalm 65 and realized for the first time that the chapter is talking about how God (right now) holds the universe together. It says:

Who establishes...
Who stills...
You make...
You visit...
You prepare...
You water...You settle...You soften...

...All of these are actions happening right now!

Lord, right now, You make the dawn and sunset sing for joy. I pray that today I can hear their song. Open my eyes to see the beauty of Your creation today. Establish Your tabernacle in my cube at work. Give me clarity of mind in order to train effectively today. Lord, I pray that as I get distracted or stressed today that I would remember that You promise when I come to you that you will give me rest. I want to see You glorified in my life. I pray that you will make me an empty vessel that you will flow through. Use me, Lord. I'm all Yours.
